Additionally, the Bangalore Development Authority has approved the 116 KM Peripheral Ring Road with the budget of Rs 9600 corers. At phase I it will connect Tumkur Road and Hosur Road (Konapan agrahara) via Bellary Road and Sarjapur Road.

 

Additionally, the proposed Satellite Town Ring Road is also off Sarjapur Road and will connect to the satellite towns of Hos kote, Devanahalli, Ramanagaram, Kanakapura and Doddaballapur. This will be a big boost to neighbouring areas such as Sarjapur.

 

Apart from this, the metro lines are under construction and the third phase of the metro construction a new line will connect Yelahanka in the north and Sarjapur in the south-east.
