LEAD PROCESS:
Lead Submission
- All leads must be submitted through the designated zone-specific email address.
- These email IDs will be provided to channel partners once their registration is completed.
Accompany Process
- The channel partner will work with the client following the established accompany process for their specific zone.
- After the lead is confirmed by the builder and the lead credit is verified, only then the channel partner can accompany the client to the site.
Lead Validity
- Once the site visit is completed with the channel partner, the lead will remain valid for 15 days.
- If required, the lead validity can be extended further, subject to the conditions specified.
- If the prospective buyer converted into sales, while verification, if the primary source is found with other source or channel partner, the credit will not be given to the secondarysource.
- Whenever the lead source is asked from Casagrand, it should be given to Casagrand by channel partner properly for verification purpose.
- The decision of Casagrand will be final and if fails and process deviation found the channel partner will be terminated without any prior intimation.
PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
- Channel partner shall use promotional and marketing activities which have to be approved by Casagrand only.
- The materials shared by Casagrand group are internal documents which are solely our property and cannot be shared with any external party and Casagrand Logo cannot be used in any communication for individual projects. Only respective project logo can be used which needs to be approved by authorized persons in Casagrand.
- Rendered views of the properties or amenities belonging to or not belonging to Casagrand projects cannot be used by channel partner unless approved by authorized persons in Casagrand and all approvals have to be accorded in writing or through email and no oral approvals will be solicited or accepted.
- Channel partner should display only proper and correct details of Casagrand in online promotional activities in any medium. If any deviation is found, channel partners should change without any reasons.
GENERAL T&C
- Channel partner shall not give any additional / extra / wrong information to purchaser / client other than that provided by Casagrand, regarding the projects.
- Channel partner shall quote the price of the apartment or plot to the client given by Casagrand and shall not change any additional amount or give any discount.
- Channel partner shall not collect any booking amount or amount from the client by way of cash or cheque.
- Channel partner should follow the price and availability list given by Casagrand time to time.
- The channel partner shall provide the clients with correct and complete information with respect to the unit which the client wishes to purchase and shall not mislead or any misrepresentation the customers in such regard.
- All costs and expenses incurred by the channel partner in relation to arranging, negotiating and completing the transaction with the prospective buyers shall be solely borne by the channel partner only.
- The channel partner shall strictly maintain the confidentiality pertaining to each deal or booking including any other information pertaining to the company or customers and shall not divulge the same to anybody or any competitor of the company.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:
- The channel partner shall be entitled to the brokerage which (will be subjected to change month on month and will be intimated through mail) is on basic price (Not including other charges like Floor rise/PLC and Car parking charges/Corpus/Infrastructure and amenities, Legal and documentation charges/Development, Electricity and water connection charges and applicable taxes) as per company’s policy. The brokerage will be subjected to deduction of TDS as applicable.
- Payment will be made after 30 working dates from the date of invoice raised by the channel partner once the customer has paid 50% amount of the total price for his unit.
- In case of cancellation of the booking by the purchaser for whatsoever reason, no commission/brokerage will be paid to the channel partners. If the cancellation happens after agreements, then the commission/brokerage paid for that sale will be debited into the account of the channel partners and adjusted against future transactions.
- Better discount will be provided for Channel partner’s self-bookings (including relatives) and no commission will be given for the same.
JURISDICTION:
- The channel partner shall conduct its business in the manner, which is not prejudicial to the interest of the company in any way and shall always be transparent in dealing with company and the customers. The channel partner shall strictly comply with the aforesaid terms and conditions. In case of any complaint against the channel partners conduct or breach or any violation of the terms and conditions shared herein or concealment of material facts in this form, the company shall have the right to terminate this registration immediately without prejudice as per company’s right to take any further action as it may deem fit and proper.
- This form shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Chennai alone. In case of any dispute between the channel partner and the company remain unresolved the same shall be referred to arbitration as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 which will be held at Chennai.
- The decision of the company shall be final and binding on the channel partner and in case if the channel partner fails to adhere any of terms and conditions as stated herein above, the company shall have absolute rights to withhold the brokerage and to terminate the channel partner registration forthwith.
