He is responsible for identifying the development partners with a partnership mind-set, deliberating and deciding upon terms of partnership and then identifying and closing proprietary deals with the selected partners.

Having spent years in the real estate industry, he has a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market, right from land acquisition and approval process, to project development. Before starting his corporate career, he formed a successful consortium of HNIs for investments in real estate around Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur. Such an initiative testifies for his track record of creating good value for investors. Prior to AVP, he was a member of an investment team at a reputed real estate fund, undertaking the responsibilities of deal sourcing, negotiation, fund deployment and investment monitoring.

He has specialized in the field of valuation, transaction advisory, taxation, HNI advisory, family business management, and succession planning.

He has rendered advices on a number of matters for several of Tamil Nadu’s largest industrial houses and has worked with many MNCs in Singapore and Dubai for structuring their inbound investments.

He has also provided strategic financial consulting to several small and medium sized businesses to aid in their growth to the next level. He is also the Chairman of Audit Committee and member of the Board of M/s. Manali Petrochemical Limited and M/s Elnet Technologies Limited.
